Automatic Asphalt Softening Point Tester is designed to measure the softening point of viscous petroleum asphalt using the universal method. This instrument is suitable for determining the softening point of road petroleum asphalt, polymer-modified asphalt, or residual substances from diluted asphalt and emulsified asphalt. It is the preferred instrument for highway, bridge construction and research institutions.

Features:
1. It can conduct experiments in a water bath ranging from 5 to 90 degrees Celsius, or perform glycerol experiments within a temperature range of 35 to +160 degrees Celsius.
2. It is controlled by a microcomputer and features automatic stirring and linear heating functions.
3. A laser beam reflection sensor is used to automatically detect the softening point value of 25.4 millimeters of asphalt. After the experiment, the test results will be automatically displayed and printed.
4. The rate of temperature increase will be automatically recorded, and the temperature increase records per minute can be queried through the query function.
5. A 7-inch liquid crystal touch screen is adopted, equipped with a bilingual operating system (Chinese and English).
6. The beaker is made of heat-resistant glass, and the specifications and dimensions of the steel ball positioning ring and the steel ball comply with standard requirements.
7. This structure is compact and easy to carry.
